COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

As we navigate this normal, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We are so grateful for your business and are taking the proper precautions to ensure your visit is safe and enjoyable.

Sanibel Day Spa has implemented additional policies and procedures to keep our clients and staff safe. Please review them carefully prior to your visit:

  • In compliance with the city of Sanibel Island mandate, all service providers and clients are required to wear face coverings while in the facility.*
  • Upon your arrival inside the salon/spa we ask that you immediately wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer provided prior to starting your service.
  • With limited capacity, we will only be allowing scheduled guests in the salon/spa. Please do not bring anyone additional to your schedule appointment.

Please reschedule your appointment for a later date if you answer “yes” to either of the following:

  1. Have you been in contact with anyone that has tested positive or is sick in the last 14 days?
  2. Are you experiencing any symptoms such as congestion, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or fever?

In addition to these precautions the spa/salon will be following strict disinfecting guidelines. Each workstation will be thoroughly disinfected after each client. Common areas will be sanitized often. Items like magazines, self -serve snacks and cups have been put away. We will gladly provide water, coffee, cappuccino, chai tea or snacks to each guest during their appointment as desired.

*Cloth face masks are preferred per the City of Sanibel mandate. Anyone with a medical condition that is unable to wear a cloth mask is able to wear a face shield with a written verifiable doctor’s note. So that we can best prepare for your arrival, guests must mention this in advance when booking.
